How do I find the image I want?
TO SHOP
Hover over SHOP in the main menu, a drop down menu will appear with different categories, click on these to open a page of images or sub categories. Click on the image to see details of sizes and cost.
i.e. SHOP →Land & Seascapes→Dover→Dover Harbour→lots of images!
USING THE ‘PRODUCT CATEGORY TAG’ OPTION
Near the bottom of every product page that displays an image there is an option to click the tag of the category that the image displayed is in. You can click on that link to see every other image that is also in that category.
i.e. Category: Dover Harbour
USING THE ‘PRODUCT TAGS’ OPTION
Also under the image there is another tag option related to the photograph.
i.e. Tags: best sellers, blue, breakwater, Dover, Kent, lighthouse, moon
Finally on every product page there is an option to search using tags by colour to match your decor and also commonly used ones.
i.e. Popular colour tags: blue, yellow, red, purple, orange, pink, white, green
i.e. Other popular tags: black and white, long exposure, sunset,
How do you send items?
I send all prints out in sturdy postal tubes via Royal Mail using their 2nd class service.
Prints that we have in stock are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, any that need to be printed will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days.
The Royal Mail 2nd class service aims to deliver within 2 – 3 days, so there should be a maximum delivery time of 1 week, excluding weekends, but normally considerably less. All purchases are tracked at the delivery point.
Can I collect?
If you live or work in the Dover area, I have an arrangement with Bastion Art for you to collect your prints from their workshop in Tower Hamlets Road.
Once your order is ready I will deliver your purchase to Bastion Art and then let you know that it is ready for collection.
If you order a 12″ x 8″, 18″ x 12″, 12″ x 12″, 24″ x 12″ or 36″ x 12″ print and collect it from Bastion Art, I will include a free mount and backing board with it.
Please note that you cannot pay for your print at the time of collection, local pick-up orders still need to be paid for via the website in advance.
